@Momentsofdi – Vegan baked Chai Tigernut Flour Donuts

Serves 5-6 Donuts
Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl! You have could use a donut pan but I did these donuts freeform by rolling 2 TBSP of the mixture into a ball and shaping into a donut. Bake at 180C for 45mins and let cool on a rack.
Bring one can (270ml) of Ayam coconut milk, 1/2 cup coconut sugar and a generous pinch of salt to the boil. Turn down the heat and let it simmer for ~3mins. Stir often. Let it cool.
Toss a handful of chopped macadamias and shredded coconut with a generous drizzle of maple syrup. Bake at 180C until brown. Check it every couple of minutes as they burn easy!
