SHIPPING COSTS

To ensure that your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and hassle free we have endeavoured to make the shipping process as efficient as possible.

We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post at the following rates:

• $10.00 flat rate for standard shipping up to 3kg in size
• $15.00 flat rate for standard shipping from 3kg to 5kg in size
• Free of charge where the order subtotal for retail products is $100 or greater (standard shipping)
• For bulk/wholesale product orders shipping cost will be determined at the time of checkout

International

We do not currently ship internationally however we are working on having this established shortly.

DELIVERY

Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 5-7 business days of receipt of the order. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 business days.

If incorrect address details are provided and the parcel is returned to us you will be charged for a redelivery fee.

By default we do not offer a service with a signature is required on delivery of all parcels. If this is something you wish please let us know however there will be an additional $3 cost for this service. If no one is at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, Australia Post will leave a calling card for you to pick up your parcel from your local Post Office. A shipping email containing a tracking number is sent to your email address when your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website using the tracking number provided.

RETURNS

We do not accept refunds or returns unless under exceptional circumstances.
